Apple is already well covered by blogsphere due to their recently announced iPod Nano Series, and now its time for Crew and Steve to creates the hype for the Mac.

Some sources says that Apple will announce Macbook Touch in a special event which is going to be held on October 14 but there is not any official word about i t. It could be anything from a rumour to reality

After the successfull launch of iPhone Touch Screen technology, I think Apple is going to transfer this Tocuh technology to their other producs including Macbook Touch. It is anticipated that they will lauch it since a Mac lover published some mocups on slashgear earlier this year.

If Macbook Touch is not a rumour and its real then it is definitely an extraordinary by the Apple.

Apple has released new 3G iPhone which will go on sale from July 11. If you didn’t own an iPhone before, here are some reasons why should you buy it now?

Price plays a great role just about everyone’s life

The prices of iPhone have dropped from $600 (original version) down to $199 for the 8 GB model and $299 for the 16 GB model. The affordable price tag of $199 and $299 (which is approximately 1/3 of the original model launched a year ago) is the main factor that is making it an impulsive purchase.

Twice as fast speed as the previous version

As iPhone has become 3G, you will get best possible speeds and will be able to switch seamlessly between EDGE, 3G or Wi-Fi. Where 3G network is unavailable it will connect you through GSM and EDGE. Email attachments and web pages will also load fast on 3G networks. The 3G iPhone will also enhance your Browsing and YouTube playing experience and you will be able to browse and talk simultaneously.

GPS at your fingertips

Although the first version of iPhone has Google Maps feature but it doesn’t have full built in GPS features which help you to track yourself as you go. The new 3G iPhone will track you anywhere through GPS or through the cellular towers or Wi-Fi. You will be able to find your location and get directions and even search places of your interest by just typing keyword of the place you want to search like coffee houses, restaurants etc.

Everyone loves playing games

One of the compelling features 3G iPhone has to offer is gaming. You will be able to enjoy unbelievable quality games on 3G iPhone as developers are creating special quality games for it like Sega has developed a Super Monkey Ball.

MobileMe is just impressive

MobileMe in 3G iPhone is improved version of .Mac and it will synchronize your computer at home, at work, and an iPhone or iPod. You will get full push email, contacts, and calendar for your iPhone and changes done on one device will automatically be updated on other devices.

So if you are avid Apple user and have been longing for iPhone but couldn’t get it, now is the best time to own one.

For those of you who are still waiting to take the plunge on getting an iPhone, I have some great news, and some even greater news. First the great news … the iPhone is dead! Why is this great you say? Because in the tradition of Apple, when they kill something off they usually replace it with something even better! Enter the iPhone 3G. This sleek gadget is bound to get mouths drooling and pocket books open! Now for the greater news—it is not going to be &699, or $599, or even $499—no iPhone 3G will be available at a jaw-dropping $199!! (This is such great news it deserves two exclamation points) I know what you are thinking … what’s the catch? The catch is you’ll have to wait until July 11th to get your hand on one. But that isn’t even a big deal because this iPhone will FINALLY have 3G.For those of you who are tech nuts or even those who are tech challenged, the feature set might just entice you to rush out and join the long queues of lines that are bound to start forming any day now!

Colors: Black (8 GB or 16 GB) or white (16 GB)

Phone Size: 4.5 in (110 mm) (h) × 2.4 in (61 mm) (w) × 0.48 in (12 mm) (d)

Phone Weight: 133 g (4.7 oz)

Non-recessed headphone jack

Because GPS is enabled, the camera features geotagging

Apple claims the battery has up to 10 hours of 2G talk, 5 hours of 3G talk, 5 (3G) or 6 (Wi-Fi) hours of Internet use, 7 hours of video playback, and up to 24 hours of audio playback, lasting over 300 hours on standby.

Tri band UMTS / HSDPA: UMTS 850 / 1900 / 2100

At long last, GPS—assisted GPS, with fallback to location based on Wi-Fi or cell towers

One of the most surprising details of the new iPhone 3G is the absolutely huge number of countries that will have it available on release day! 22 countries will have this beauty on July 11th with 48 countries following in the next few months.

Oddly though Apple has not included MMS in the iPhone 3G, but they are responding to potential business clients by using a new push service for email that will sync with Microsoft Exchange servers.

You might want to start thinking about where to get that $199 because July 11th is not far away and you don’t want to be the only one on your street left out of Apples next phone revolution.

Apple CEO Steve Jobs introduced the MacBook Air, a computer that is the world’s thinnest notebook, small enough to fit inside an interoffice mailing envelope. It’s starting price is $1,799 and hopefully will be available in the first week of Feb, 2008.

According to Steve Jobs MacBook Air features include 13.3-inch LED-backlit widescreen display that has a 1280×800 pixel resolution. The backlighting saves power and provides “instant on” response from the moment you turn it on. It weighs about 3 pounds, and sports a thickness of 0.16-0.76 inches. It’s 12.8 inches wide and 8.95 inches deep.

Different people have different views about MacBook Air, but I think it will probably sell very poorly because there are very few companies or individuals who spent $1800 just for ultramobile Mac laptop.

Missing features:

No removable battery

No RAM upgrade possibilities

I think one shouldn’t sacrifice way too much functionality for slim & sleek design.
